1. Description of Service

Private PDF Exporter for Gmail is a Chrome extension that allows users to export Gmail emails to PDF format directly within the browser. All PDF generation is performed locally on the user's device — no email content is transmitted to any server. The Service includes features for single-email export, bulk export, PDF merging, and paper size customization.

2. Relationship with Google

Private PDF Exporter for Gmail is an independent project and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. “Gmail” and “Google” are trademarks of Google LLC. Our Service is a third-party browser extension designed to improve user workflow within Gmail. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own Terms of Service.

3. User Conduct & Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to your email content. Private PDF Exporter for Gmail does not claim ownership over any content you export.

Responsibility:You are solely responsible for the content you export. You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or Google's Terms of Service.

Permitted Use: The Service is licensed for personal and professional use. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or redistributing the extension is prohibited.

4. Accounts

An account is only required to purchase and manage a Pro license. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The free features of the extension do not require an account.

5. Pricing & Licenses

Free Plan: 5 exports per month for each feature (single-email export, bulk export, PDF merge). Free exports include a footer branding on generated PDFs.

Pro License: A one-time lifetime purchase of $29.99, as displayed on our Pricing page. Pro provides unlimited exports, no footer branding, and offline license activation.

Payments: Payments are processed by Creem.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro license, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, all sales are final.

License Delivery: Your Pro license key is delivered to your email address after purchase. Keep this email — you can also retrieve your key from your account dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Because our Service relies on Gmail's web interface, we cannot guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• PDF output will always be perfectly formatted if Google updates Gmail's interface.
• The Service will be compatible with all future versions of the Chrome browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Private PDF Exporter for Gmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service (including its code, UI design, logos, and logic) is the intellectual property of the developers of Private PDF Exporter for Gmail. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or professional purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, your account access will be removed and no further license keys will be issued.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
